Description

You will perform home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Scotland, Moore, Richmond, and Robeson counties. You'll follow care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor client conditions, and document care using a touch pad tablet.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Document observations and care using touch pad tablet
