Description

You will ensure the health and expansion of hotel supply in the Northwest region, managing relationships and acquiring high-quality inventory to enhance Airbnb's market presence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable strategies and drive bookings for hotel partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• 2+ years tech/travel industry experience is a plus
• Proven ability to work a leads pipeline and book of business
• Proficient quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Charismatic self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Highly proficient in CRM software, especially Salesforce (preferred)
• Based in Seattle, Washington and willing to travel every 4-6 weeks
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and sharing economy (hosting a plus)

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to surpass quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners
• Implement strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of Hotels in your region
• Prospect and onboard new high-quality supply
• Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources
• Develop and implement unique engagement projects
• Work cross-functionally with product, communications, policy, legal, tax, and support teams
• Acquire local market trends knowledge and represent Airbnb at external meetings and conferences
