🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to track talent pipeline and market insights
• Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
• Source candidates via social media, networking events, and job fairs
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit and salary expectations

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field
• CPG experience, preferably in Food and Beverage
• Experience in behavioral and competency-based interviewing
