You'll join Liberis' growing Central and Eastern Europe hub in Munich, supporting customers in the DACH and Poland region. You will manage leads, handle inbound and outbound calls, and work closely with external partners to drive high conversion rates. This role offers the chance to shape sales processes in a rapidly expanding global fintech.
π― What You'll Do
- Support customers in the DACH and Poland region
- Manage leads and provide positive first contact experience
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Manage own customer base through personalized consulting
π Requirements
- Fluency in German and Polish (spoken and written)
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Passion for phone-based sales
- Experience in B2B sales
