🎯 What You'll Do

• Build executive-level dashboards for workforce planning
• Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and recommend improvements

• Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing and screening workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Talent Intelligence or talent acquisition analytics
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or similar
• Proven ability to build dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
