You'll handle inbound and outbound interactions, process orders, and collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales. This role offers stable Monday-Friday hours and generous paid time off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to find right products for projects
• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via phone and in-person
• Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve needs
• Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in sales or retail
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and CRM
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 10%

• Spanish-speaking skills
