You'll lead employer engagement and placement initiatives for Per Scholas' Boston team, expanding employer partnerships and driving alumni success in securing technology jobs. You'll coach managers and ensure achievement of our 80% job attainment goal per cohort. This role combines strategic workforce development with direct career advisement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with employers to secure job placements
• Attend networking events and job fairs to expand partnerships
• Provide advanced career guidance to graduates and alumni
• Oversee placement and outcome data in Salesforce

📋 Requirements

• Experience in HR, recruiting, career development, or workforce development
• Proven success in talent placement and employer engagement
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms
• Data-savvy and metrics-oriented
