🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead portfolio analyses integrating platform usage and claims data.
• Build ROI models and cost-savings opportunity models for clients.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packages with strategic insights.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape platform roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in analytics, consulting, or strategy.
• Proven ROI modeling for enterprise clients.
• Expertise with Excel and Sigma or similar tools.
• Executive-level storytelling and presentation skills.

• Experience in employer benefits or healthcare.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources (CRMs, ecommerce data).
