You will own the CRM strategy for the Danish market, optimizing customer lifecycle across channels like email, SMS, and push notifications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive personalization, retention, and ROI through data-driven campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years CRM experience in iGaming or Betting in Danish Market
- Proven end-to-end CRM campaign management with measurable business impact
- Hands-on experience with Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong analytical skills: segmentation, A/B testing, campaign optimization
- B2+ English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and optimize CRM strategy across all channels (Email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, onsite messaging)
- Manage customer lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn prevention
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns with focus on personalization, segmentation, and ROI
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and analytics teams for data-driven campaigns
- Monitor and report on CRM KPIs (CLV, retention, conversion, churn) and translate insights into actions
