🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of complex state machines and workflow orchestration using Temporal
• Deploy and optimize Gemini in production for automated agentic processes
• Drive technical outcomes to reduce Manual Intervention Rate and AHT
• Establish best practices for observability and distributed system resilience

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in backend software engineering with distributed systems expertise
• Expert proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production workflows
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor less experienced staff

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration tools
• Knowledge of Google Gemini or GPT APIs
• Familiarity with Terraform and cloud infrastructure
