Description

You will drive project success in clinical revenue management and charge capture engagements by guiding cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You'll oversee project timelines, scope, and governance frameworks while adapting to evolving needs to achieve optimal outcomes for customers and Kodiak.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field (MBA/MHA/MPH preferred)
• 3-6 years of healthcare experience with professional services/consulting background
• Expert knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management, especially charge capture
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CRCR) expected
• Up to 20% travel required

• Manage relationships with customer leaders at all levels
• Develop project timelines, implementation steps, and communication strategies
• Ensure high-quality execution of project deliverables and manage scope
• Manage internal project finance processes and support invoicing
