As a Senior Identity Specialist, you will engage with customers to understand their identity and access management needs, deliver tailored solutions and product demonstrations, and serve as a trusted advisor. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and represent Okta as a thought leader in the identity security space.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in identity and access management solutions
• Experience in customer-facing presales or solutions engineering roles
• Ability to whiteboard architecture and model solutions
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel at least 25%

Responsibilities

• Support strategic customer conversations with technical and engineering leaders
• Deliver interactive presentations and custom product demonstrations
• Lead deep technical discovery sessions to uncover business requirements
• Design, build, and execute outcome-focused proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Represent Okta as a thought leader in identity and security at events
