You'll design and implement omnichannel customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS Connect, building real-time contact center systems. You'll develop AI-driven capabilities and collaborate with global stakeholders to translate customer journey strategies into scalable technical solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design omnichannel solutions integrating Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS Connect
• Develop and maintain telephony integrations including CTI systems and contact flows
• Build fullstack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies
• Implement AI-driven capabilities with Salesforce Agentforce and AWS services

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development with Service Cloud and Salesforce Flow
• 3+ years of fullstack development with React, Angular, or Vue.js and Node.js, Python, or Java
• 2+ years of AWS Connect or similar cloud contact center platform experience
• Fluent English communication skills for international stakeholders
