💼 About This Role

You'll join the Integration Support Engineering team, helping customers make the most of Stream's Chat, Video, and AI Moderation products. You'll provide technical support via platforms and act as the primary technical point of contact for Enterprise customers. This role offers excellent growth potential and ownership in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to customers via support platform and Enterprise channels.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for Enterprise customers.
• Support customers throughout integration lifecycle from implementation to production.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success as technical resource during engagements.

📋 Requirements

• Code in one of: Python, JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, Swift.
• 3-5 years experience with React and modern web development.
• Technical knowledge of APIs.
• Fluent in English with excellent written skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on a codebase professionally.
• Experience in technical customer support role.
• Experience with React Native, SwiftUI, or Jetpack Compose.
