💼 About This Role

You'll own product strategy and execution for the Core Access and Security portfolio at ButterflyMX, leading a team to define how residents, managers, visitors, and installers experience access control across hardware and software. Partner tightly with hardware teams to align roadmaps at the hardware-software intersection. Embed AI into access events and security insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive 12-18 month roadmap for Core Access and Security
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 3 PMs
• Partner with hardware team to align software and hardware roadmaps
• Embed AI into product features and insights
• Set bar for discovery and prioritization across customer segments

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management
• 4+ years managing PMs
• Experience owning a platform or core product
• AI-forward thinking with shipped AI/ML products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in proptech, physical security, or access control
• Experience building products for field technicians or installers
• Background with embedded systems, IoT, or connected hardware
