💼 About This Role

You'll lead product partnerships to grow Attio's ecosystem of technology and ISV partners. You'll build commercial relationships with strategic partners and shape a best-in-class AI CRM ecosystem. This role sits at the center of Attio's most strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a commercial strategy for technology partners
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with category-defining tools
  • Drive outbound partnership development with priority ISVs
  • Manage inbound partnership interest with qualification framework

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, product, or product marketing roles
  • Experience working with ISVs, integrations, or API-driven products
  • Product intuition and commercial instincts
  • Comfortable in early-stage, high-growth environments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM or SaaS products
  • Structured thinking and cross-functional alignment
  • Reseller or lead-sharing partnership experience
