💼 About This Role

You'll own the voice of the user across Suno's power user and pro creator experience, working closely with PMs, designers, and engineers to bring user signal into every product decision. You'll lead end-to-end qualitative research and deliver insights at the speed of a fast-moving product team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end qualitative research across mobile, web, and platform experiences
• Develop and deploy surveys to complement qualitative findings
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope research and synthesize insights
• Advocate for users across all touchpoints from onboarding to creator tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in UX research with strong qualitative focus
• BA or equivalent in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field
• Track record of research driving specific product decisions or roadmap shifts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as the single researcher at a startup
• Experience with music production tools like Ableton, Logic Pro, or Pro-Tools
• Familiarity with AI and generative technologies
