You'll supervise an inspection team and perform field inspections of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings to ensure code compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform field inspections for code compliance during construction
• Supervise, assign, and train inspection staff
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding code violations
• Provide plan checking for minor projects

📋 Requirements

• ICC Certification as Combination Building Inspector (Residential & Commercial)
• 10+ years of Building Inspection experience with a public or private agency
• 5+ years as a Building Inspector II or equivalent
• Valid California Class C driver's license with satisfactory driving record
