Description

You will lead the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs in Europe for a late-stage oncology company, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regulations. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, oversee compliance for commercial and medical activities, and build the European compliance team.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years' compliance experience, including in-house pharmaceutical
• Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) required
• Experience managing teams and dotted-line reports
• Extensive knowledge of European healthcare fraud and abuse laws and industry codes
• Ability to apply risk-based analysis and develop solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous development of Healthcare Compliance Programs in Europe
• Provide compliance oversight for commercial and medical activities (grants, sponsorships, advisory boards, etc.)
• Establish and chair the Compliance Committee in Europe
• Conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, monitoring and auditing
• Develop and manage the European compliance team
