🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and lead development of core systems like real-time job matching algorithms
• Own architecture decisions and advise product and infrastructure roadmap
• Orchestrate CI/CD workflows using Docker and Github
• Drive backend application performance measurement and optimization

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python
• Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent
• Expertise designing APIs
