💼 About This Role

You'll align business and technical teams to embed data governance into daily workflows for enterprise clients. You'll lead engagements end-to-end, from framing problems to delivering operating models and stewardship processes. This role offers the chance to shape governance strategy for top cloud data platform partners like Snowflake and AWS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead data governance engagements end-to-end as Engagement Lead
• Facilitate governance working groups to align business and technology stakeholders
• Execute metadata and data quality processes (cataloging, lineage, stewardship workflows)
• Support selection and rollout of governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Purview)

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data governance or metadata management
• 2+ years of consulting leadership with external clients
• Ability to facilitate workshops and working groups
• Familiarity with governance operating models and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at Principal level with multi-engagement portfolio management
• Thought leadership profile (talks, panels, publications)
• Deep experience with AI governance concepts
