You'll provide 1:1 home health visits in senior living facilities throughout Frederick County. You'll make a direct impact on patients' well-being through skilled nursing care and compassionate support. This role offers flexible scheduling and great work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs
• Perform medication administration, wound care, treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Document observations and interventions using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum one year recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
