Description

You will lead go-to-market efforts for Charlie Health, a rapidly growing behavioral health startup. Your role involves managing a team of Outreach Directors and Managers to drive admissions, build partnerships with referral sources, and open new markets across a state-wide or multi-state region.

Requirements

• Based in Palm Beach/Fort Lauderdale, FL area
• 6-10+ years business development experience including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing
• Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in B2B account development and growth

Responsibilities

• Support new admissions goals and manage overall team performance
• Manage and lead Outreach Directors and Managers in a specific region
• Measure and own KPIs across the region, reporting monthly
• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
