🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply legal expertise to shape AI product roadmap.
• Design and refine prompts for complex contract extraction.
• Conduct structured evaluation and validation of AI outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years commercial legal experience or 2+ years as legal knowledge engineer.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Ability to maintain overlap with Eastern Time Zone working hours.

✨ Nice to Have

• JD from accredited law school.
• Experience with contract management solutions or legal operations.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts.
