You'll join MoonPay's Fraud Investigations team, protecting users from fraud in the cryptocurrency space. You'll lead complex investigations, manage detection rules, and act as incident commander during live fraud attacks. This role offers the chance to build AI-powered agents and shape fraud prevention at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as incident commander during live fraud attacks
• Lead complex fraud investigations to identify root causes
• Build, implement, and tune fraud detection rules
• Conduct QA reviews and provide feedback to BPO teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in fraud detection, prevention, and investigation
• Experience leading complex fraud investigations
• Hands-on experience building and tuning fraud detection rules
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies in crypto/payments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
• Coding ability in SQL or Python
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools like Chainalysis
