Description

You will supervise and lead laborers and contractors on fast-paced construction projects at Starbase, TX, managing site logistics, safety, schedules, and contractor coordination to enable infrastructure for Starship development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management
• Ability to work night shift (5pm-5am) and extended hours/weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Must meet ITAR requirements (US citizen or permanent resident)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of construction projects
• Manage construction site logistics, schedules, and resource allocation
• Enforce safety policies and drive safety culture
• Coordinate contractors, deliveries, and material staging
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, compliance, and daily logs
