Description

You will lead design execution for global enterprise web initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and regional compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable solutions, mentor designers, and evolve design systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong enterprise design leadership and ability to scale execution across regions
• Cross-functional communication skills with global stakeholders
• Deep expertise in web design, design systems, accessibility, and user-centered design
• Understanding of localization, multilingual design, and European regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day design execution for OUS and EMEA enterprise web initiatives
• Translate enterprise brand vision into scalable, regionally appropriate design solutions
• Ensure consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and content hierarchy
• Support end-to-end design process from intake to launch within governance model
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope features and resolve design challenges
