You will own the full payroll and benefits lifecycle, including processing payroll across multiple entities, managing tax compliance, reconciling benefits, and building scalable processes as the company grows.

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
• Experience with benefits administration and reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build processes and document workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities and pay groups
• Manage payroll inputs, uploads, approvals, PTO accruals, and off-cycle payrolls
• Perform pre- and post-payroll validations and reconcile data across systems
• Monitor payroll tax compliance, maintain tax account tracker, resolve discrepancies
• Administer benefits in Employee Navigator, audit rates/deductions, reconcile invoices
