💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI-first operations for a marketplace platform, redesigning workflows with agentic tooling to dramatically improve productivity. You'll embed with business functions, build AI automations, and scale efficiency across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with functional leaders to redefine AI-augmented ways of working
• Conduct discovery to map processes and identify AI opportunities
• Design and deploy AI-powered automations and agentic tools
• Measure and quantify productivity impact: hours saved, error rates reduced

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI, automation, or business process engineering
• Experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic frameworks
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting language
• Track record of deploying enterprise automation at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Experience in marketplace or two-sided platform companies
• Knowledge of IKEA or Taskrabbit business context
