Description

You will leverage your government relationships and policy expertise to structure and close transformational deals for defense and national security organizations, acting as both strategic advisor and deal maker. Reporting directly to the CEO with intensive mentorship, this is a rare opportunity to transition from government to a high-impact commercial role.

Requirements

  • Exceptional early-career leader with congressional, parliamentary, or senior government experience
  • Deep networks across defense, intelligence, and foreign policy establishments
  • Understanding of how governments make decisions and business acumen to negotiate complex deals
  • Willingness to work directly for the CEO and contribute to company strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own sales and revenue growth in assigned geographic area, structuring and closing deals ($5M-$50M+) with defense and intelligence agencies
  • Leverage government networks to open doors and position Rhombus for strategic opportunities
  • Structure strategic partnerships, deal structures, and contractual arrangements
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior government officials, articulating how Rhombus capabilities address national security challenges
  • Develop market entry and expansion strategies based on political landscapes and defense priorities
