• Manage trading strategies daily with discretionary sizing and parameter tweaking
• Develop granular understanding of trading strategies interweaving alpha, execution, and technology
• Provide analytical support on global markets and trading team performance
• Serve as advisor across departments for innovative solutions
• Enhance use of internal data to increase performance
