🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in pre-sales with commercial and program managers.
• Lead engineering team through prototyping, design, test, and validation.
• Guarantee product quality, HSE norms, and process adherence.
• Implement eco-design guidelines and lifecycle analysis.
• Manage supplier qualification and transfer to production.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree (Master's or equivalent) in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Software, or Robotics.
• Significant experience in project management and product industrialization.
• Multi-disciplinary knowledge of Mechanical, Electronic, and Software constraints.
• English proficiency is required.
