💼 About This Role

You'll provide home-based physical therapy to patients, focusing on restoring mobility and independence. You'll assess, treat, and educate patients in their homes, working as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This role offers flexible scheduling and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility, balance, and strength
• Implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
• Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned
• Strong assessment skills and written/verbal communication
