You'll provide hospice home visits in Dauphin and Cumberland counties, PA, with flexible scheduling and 1:1 care. You'll make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying strong work/life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in PA
• 1+ year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
