💼 About This Role

You'll execute Integrated Pest Management plans for cannabis crops from clone to harvest, monitoring and documenting plant health. Your work directly supports top-tier flower production in a regulated cultivation facility. This full-time role offers stability with a set schedule at our Waterfall, PA site.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and scout plants for pests, pathogens, and other issues
• Apply crop protection agents under certified supervision
• Follow detailed IPM plans from clone to harvest
• Assist with room cleaning and prep between crop cycles

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of IPM methods and cannabis pests/pathogens
• Ability to identify pests and pathogens specific to cannabis
• Willingness to obtain a MD private pesticide applicators license

• Knowledge of growing practices like cloning and transplanting
• Experience with documentation and inventory systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
