Description

You will ensure optimal usage of Appier's AI-empowered ad solutions by understanding customer business cases and constraints. You'll work with Product and HQ teams, develop solutions through data integration and service recommendations, and optimize business outcomes using AI and data assets.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication in English (Professional) and Japanese (Native)
• Ability to explain logically in an easily understandable manner
• Solid research and summarization skills
• Knowledge of SQL query to extract data from databases
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure timely adoption of solutions
• Determine project requirements, scope, schedule, and deliverables
• Prepare technical specifications and create user/training documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with developers
• Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and analyze data
