💼 About This Role

You'll combine talking directly with customers with building solutions. You'll migrate new customers off their old support system to Pylon within your first week. You'll become a deep product expert and guide customers while iteratively improving the migration process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run customer migration meetings within first week
• Communicate directly with customers as main problem-solver
• Become deep product expert in Pylon and legacy systems
• Juggle multiple customer migrations simultaneously

📋 Requirements

• Located in New York or willing to relocate
• Very organized and fast with multiple migrations
• Detail-oriented and fast learner of multiple tools
• Interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements

✨ Nice to Have

• Former SWE who values automation
• Experience with Zendesk, Intercom or similar support platforms
• Pre-sales call experience
