Description

As an Analyst on the Surveys team, you will enable clients to collect expert insights via online surveys, providing analytical expertise on client-facing projects and internal capabilities development. You will clean and analyze survey data, build quality control processes, and advance survey methodologies to deliver actionable insights to clients.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of working experience
• Relevant work/internship experience at a consulting, market research firm, or in a role working with data in a business context preferred
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; 3.5 GPA or above in a quantitative degree (e.g., Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance)
• Great problem solver
• Comfortable with ambiguity and high level of autonomy
• Highly driven and proactive
• Effective communicator
• Meticulous
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Must pass a quantitative based test for application to be progressed

Responsibilities

• Clean, analyze, and draw valuable insights from survey data and create presentation-ready reports
• Build processes to minimize unforced errors throughout complex stages of a survey project
• Progress capabilities to service sophisticated research methodologies via advanced survey coding, authoring, and analysis
• Work with AlphaSights clients across all parts of the business to provide analytical support as needed
• Identify new and maintain existing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
