Description

You will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile premium brand events and private experiences for Sphere, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand standards. This role involves cross-functional coordination with executive leadership, clients, and vendors to deliver successful events on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for premium brand events from ideation through execution and settlement
• Oversee event documentation including contracts, budgets, timelines, and accountability tracking
• Serve as primary liaison between Sphere, clients, and third-party vendors
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Studios, Marketing, Finance, and other teams
• Manage post-event reconciliation, settlement, and reporting
