You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers for Stripe, ensuring they maximize value from our payment platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering insights and business reviews to drive retention and growth. This role partners closely with sales and technical account managers to optimize customer outcomes.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with account executives and TAMs for post-sale engagements
- Manage book of customers to drive account health and renewal
- Deliver payment performance insights and industry trends
- Advocate for customers internally with product and engineering teams
π Requirements
- 7+ years enterprise relationship management experience
- Strong business sense and understanding of user strategy
- Track record of leading technical conversations
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
