• Conceptualize high-performing creative campaigns across social media and digital advertising.
• Adapt creative assets for print, out-of-home, broadcast, and other multimedia formats.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Project Management to align with client objectives.
• Integrate AI-powered creative tools into brainstorming and production workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first, performance-focused creative campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating work across digital, video, web, print, and motion design formats.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Availability to work within PST business hours.
