💼 About This Role

You'll work in Carwow's CEO Office, supporting the Director on M&A, strategic planning, and board-level projects. You'll drive analysis, build board materials, and execute high-priority initiatives alongside the CEO. This role offers direct exposure to real deals and the highest-level strategic decisions at a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development of Board materials and investor communications
• Conduct strategic analysis and translate findings into recommendations
• Perform target screening and early-stage diligence on M&A opportunities
• Contribute to business cases and scenario planning for deals

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in management consulting (MBB or Big Four) or in-house strategy/corporate development
• Strategic thinking to structure unstructured problems
• Exceptional slide-making skills for board-quality decks
• Strong commercial acumen in tech/marketplace businesses

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to board-level or investor materials
• Industry experience in tech, marketplace, automotive, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools
