Requirements
- Experience in digital paid media planning for political or advocacy campaigns
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and DSPs
- Strong strategic and analytical skills for campaign optimization
- Excellent client management and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client accounts with end-to-end digital advertising campaigns
- Develop paid media strategy and create media plans from scratch
- Manage execution and optimization of digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
- Create detailed reports with actionable insights for senior client contacts
- Mentor and manage the digital media planning team
