You'll research and acquire new clients for Rho's modern banking platform, working with internal teams to deliver frictionless finance to mid-market businesses. Your core impact is building partnerships and driving sales through self-generated leads and networking.

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting mid-market businesses.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for retention and upselling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and target clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align banking products with client needs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B or business banking.
  • Track record selling to SMBs/Middle-Market with $20M+ revenues.
  • Experience in cold calling and hunting new business.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Experience selling complex sales processes involving C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep local market network.
  • Knowledge of selling into traditional and non-traditional companies.
