You'll research and acquire new clients for Rho's modern banking platform, working with internal teams to deliver frictionless finance to mid-market businesses. Your core impact is building partnerships and driving sales through self-generated leads and networking.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting mid-market businesses.
- Build and maintain client relationships for retention and upselling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align banking products with client needs.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in B2B or business banking.
- Track record selling to SMBs/Middle-Market with $20M+ revenues.
- Experience in cold calling and hunting new business.
- Proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Experience selling complex sales processes involving C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep local market network.
- Knowledge of selling into traditional and non-traditional companies.
