🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver onboarding trainings and materials to new customers
• Ensure platform adoption through consistent follow-up
• Schedule and deliver onboarding sessions on time
• Lead successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years in a Marketing Technology environment
• Strong analytical skill set
• Ability to follow process in a high call volume environment

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Strong presentation skills
• Passion for customer experience
