You'll draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on product launches, and help build legal infrastructure for a high-growth veterinary technology company. You'll work across SaaS, ecommerce, and regulated markets to support the modernization of animal health care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
• Partner with business leadership to support enterprise deals
• Advise on product development and regulatory compliance
• Translate legal requirements into practical guidance for teams

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of legal experience including top-tier law firm
• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar membership
• Strong commercial contracting experience with SaaS and enterprise agreements
• Experience advising high-growth technology companies
