🎯 What You'll Do

• Design reporting processes and assist with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Optimize finance and accounting functions for clients.
• Implement new accounting standards and research complex issues.
• Mentor team members and oversee project administration.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in financial reporting or operational accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience with transaction-based accounting (IPOs, M&A, carve-outs).
• Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory).

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CA certification.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or IPOs.
• Familiarity with AI tools and continuous learning mindset.
