• Own information architecture and navigation content strategy for the Spend product
• Lead content for large cross-product initiatives like platform navigation unification
• Define content and language architecture for new product areas and markets
• Prototype and iterate using AI tools to explore content models

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience owning content strategy for complex multi-product digital platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in language architecture and navigation models
• Experience working on specialized or regulated content domains like financial products
• Fluency in using qualitative and quantitative data to validate content decisions
