You'll build a B2B sales pipeline for a fast-growing AI recruiting platform, contacting potential clients and setting up product demos. You'll drive your own earning potential with an uncapped commission model. It's a role with clear career progression to Account Executive.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Research and identify new B2B clients
  • Contact decision-makers via phone and pitch HeyJobs
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes

📋 Requirements

  • First sales experience in proactive outbound calling
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Intrinsic motivation for sales and resilience
