You'll build a B2B sales pipeline for a fast-growing AI recruiting platform, contacting potential clients and setting up product demos. You'll drive your own earning potential with an uncapped commission model. It's a role with clear career progression to Account Executive.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Research and identify new B2B clients
- Contact decision-makers via phone and pitch HeyJobs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes
📋 Requirements
- First sales experience in proactive outbound calling
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Intrinsic motivation for sales and resilience
