💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategic right hand to the executive director at Sei Development Foundation, a high-performance layer 1 blockchain. You'll drive cross-functional execution, operational rigor, and special projects that keep the organization aligned. This role offers exposure to executive decision-making in a fast-paced crypto/Web3 environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the ED's agenda and prepare briefings and follow-ups
• Track and drive completion of ED-level strategic priorities
• Design and maintain operating rhythms and project trackers
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution

📋 Requirements

• Experience in consulting, operations, or strategy at a high-growth startup
• Prior work closely with C-suite executives or founders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Extremely organized with a bias toward action
